Who We Are
Child Support Audits and Record Management Program (CSARMP) is a division of Child Support Audits, LLC. CSARMP was established in 2003 to provide obligor parents with the tools to effectively manage their family support matters. As legal professionals and paraprofessionals, we discovered this need when preparing court cases for our clients. Too many cases were lost because the client had poor and/or insufficient records. This fact became painfully apparent when, for example, the client was unable to produce support payment records, calendar history of visits, or percentage of visits actually exercised and maintained over a sustained period. Frequently, the client neglected to retain important records and establish the accurate tracking and accounting system needed to prevail in court.

When families become divided over child custody and suppprt isues, the court will intervene to resolve disputes. Judgments are then based on the weight of evidence presented. The party who produces the weightier evidence will usually prevail.
CSARMP provides subscribers with effective tools to compile and manage the type of data, presented in the proper format, required by the courts to meet the burden of production needed to obtain favorable judgments. As mentioned earlier, too often clients fail to maintain accurate records of support payments and shared custody history. As a result, the courts may order increased child support based on a lower shared custody percentage. In addition, enforcement agencies often misapply support payments that lead to overstated arrears. Without a valid audit, obligor parents cannot identify the errors or prove mistakes.
